Author Biography

Sandy Ransford was born in Yorkshire and worked in publishing in London before becoming a full-time writer. She has written many titles for children, including books on ponies and riding, animals, conservation, spies and codes, magic, puzzles, quizzes, games, jokes and activities. She now lives on a smallholding in mid-Wales with her husband, who is an architect, plus two small ponies, two pygmy goats, two pet sheep and a cat.
