Donna grew up running wild around the mountains of southern Africa, swimming in the lakes of Ontario, and avidly reading anything on which she could get her hands. Later on, she earned her Master's degree, in part by studying how children learn vocabulary and to tell stories. And then, blessed first with children of her own, followed by the arrival of cousins, she started writing stories for them. studioWorks aims to spark curiosity, inspire adventure, exploration, discovering the world, and learning about nature, science and culture by capturing the innate sense of wonder and curiosity of childhood...for all ages.
