"Good, but not Wolfentstein: ET"
4 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

If you have ever played Wolfenstein: ET, and you loved the fast paced team game that it was, you'll probably really like this. But the pace of this game is slowed considerably and with the addition of vehicles, it seems that a lot of the skill factor has been removed (which is good for new players). All in all a great game.

"tcnz cant spoil this one."
5 stars"

Great fun and even on tcnz's shitty dsl service it doesn't lag too much – ( 30 tick engine anyone? or is it 60 like prey? ) Well ballanced play and a few good local servers already. Please note on tcnz I can't see alot of the servers – switched to an orcon account and got 600 extra boxes including the quakewars.nz servers. Not sure why yet. All in all a better experience ( ie more fun – less pissed off b network issues ) than bf2142. A lot more depth than css. Next Is tf2 :) sweet.

"High-End High-Speed"
3 stars"

This game looks great, however due to the high-end machine it needs to run on to work well, and needing an EXCELLENT broadband connection it loses it's effectiveness. TF2, on the other hand, runs well on my machine, and plays well on my broadband connection with only 128KB up.

When High-Speed broadband grows on trees then this would be more enjoyable.

"Worth buying, entertaining on the whole."
4 stars"

A good game overall. Not recommended you buy this game if you have a slow broadband connection! At times it can lag really badly, and seems to lag when the host lags. Don't buy this if you expect it to be a campaign type edition of Quake as I did. Definately a rewarding game in large numbers online, but like all games has it's down points. Great game for those who like achievements and ranks that you can gradually earn over time. Once again, it's worth buying.

"Best game to date."
5 stars"

This game has to be the best online team game that I have ever played. I really like how you can choose between two opposing teams, and there is five characters on each team to choose from. Ranging from assault personal, medic's, engineers, and more which all perform their own set skills and duties. Flying vehicles, tanks and much more. I recommend this game to any who like a good online shoot up. and also a good way to meet new friends on the direct in game chat.

"Fairly Decent Multiplayer game"
3 stars"

ETQW is certainly best played with a bunch of people as the bots tend to suck.

The graphics are nice enough and the level of detail in the models are a nice touch for a primarily multiplayer game. The character classes and vehicles are all varied and useful in their specific roles. Classes are balanced to make teamwork a far more rewarding practice. Maps are nicely designed and offer lots of surprises and exploring for players as well as open spaces and roads so as not to handicap those who like vehicles.

All in all its a good game.
