Had mine for a couple months now & am happy with this head set for its price, seem very strong, the cord is good quality I don't see it snapping or cracking any time soon, the base boost is actually synced with vibraters built into each ear which is nice rather that base pumped into your ears & is the red switch on the cord switches the vibrating boost on & off, along with the large mute button below on the cord also sync's with a red light on the end of the mic to let you know if the headset is muted or not which I like alot & the sound ajustment is on the side which I do sometime bump by mistake but no big deal. I really like how the mic is retractable into the head set too it keeps it out of the way nicely when using it, base vibration could be better but for the price im not complaining. My friends say the mic is very clear & so is the treble sound from the head set :) decent for what it is & don't see it braking in any way for a long time. Update . it isn't a light head set & it's kiiinda heavy & bulky for MY liking.. the red rings around the ears have stopped working… the lights not working hasn't effected the performance of the head set. they are comfortable but a bit liiiitle bit too snug/tight on the head & your ears do get warm after a couple hours, but like I say for the price this is a decent headset! this is just me being picky. I still use it but if I were to upgrade later on, i'd like a lighter less bulky style & more breathable for my ears, i'm not a huge fan of not being able to hear my own voice either & these definitely are noise canceling. I do wish it was an extra meter longer as 2.5m is slightly too short for MY arrangement. This Update is a couple months further after owning this head set, still works great besides he lights no longer working.
