My teenage years were filled with cheap $20–40 headsets and this is one of the best one ive ever used in the price range. Whilst you can get better ones for the same price on sale, if you are after a cheap one asap as a replacement or a gift for kids, this will do great. Next to a quality headset rated 5 stars, this would probably rank a 2.5–3.5 stars. It is not the greatest sounding, the most comfortable, a super solid build and the mic quality is average. HOWEVER, for the price you pay (especially on sale) it is indeed decent sounding and mic quality, relatively comfortable, and not as flimsy as you'd expect. It's all perspective and that's why I give it 4 stars.
