Clarendon is silent as to the Glamorgan Treaty, which is a guiding light in the study of that crisis of our Constitution, while, to come to minor matters, that very clever and interesting author, Mr. Spencer Walpole, shows a nescience of the topography of Dublin when he talks of the views to be gained from that very minor mound.
