This DVD is only 38 minutes long in total. The ‘Book of Dragons’ is not an adventure at all but a description of different dragons and the animation is of a much poorer quality. The ‘Gift of the Night Fury’ is an OK story but at only 18 minutes long many kids, like my own, will be extremely disappointed. Overall this DVD is a waste of money.

Much to my surprise when the DVD was put on for the 6 year old Grandchild everyone was engrossed in it, even my 15 & 19 year old Grandsons.
Cutest dragon ever and a great movie for the family :)
Wasn't as long as it was portrayed to be. Not really a movie at all, but a short snipit. I had a very disappointed 5 year old that had waited for this new “movie” only to find that the program on cartoon network lasts longer.
Really enjoyed this second part to the Dragon story. Great graphics & the kids will love it. Totally recommend this for the kids.
