Having clocked the game I feel I can now write a informed review. An instant Doom classic that goes back to it's roots. Very fast paced frantic combat in nasty environments against viscous monsters . Big guns and unrelentingly aggressive. Lighting is great and very engaging environments and arenas. If you like your FPS games this is a must play with multiple weapon and armor up grades and things to find in the darkest hardest to reach corners. I found it very enjoyable and highly recommend.

When you think that it can't get any crazy and intense… IT DOES!!! And that happens all through the campaign. Amazing game

So far very enjoyable. Some good ‘jumpy’ moments. Game play smooth, graphics and audio quality as expected. Key ring and shirt (although no sizing options) were a great bonus.

Got the last one on new year sale. Game is flawless, dark and hard. Love the graphics and intensity. Why I loved old school doom : it was hard, no health regeneration and low ammo all the time. This installation is the same. Loved the T-Shirt and Key Ring. The size was Large and it fits me perfectly (luckily). One happy customer :)

This reminded me of the old school DOOM games. Focussing mainly on an immersive shooter and not trying overly hard to create an engaging storyline. Lots of fun after a hard day at work when you just want to kill demons.

Fast-paced, dark and addictive – just like how I remember Doom from the '90s. The brooding atmosphere of the original is there, action is super-intense and the pounding soundtrack constitutes a perfect background for exterminating hordes of demons flooding the UAC facilities on Mars. Stunning graphics and ultra-smooth framerate make this title quite an eye-candy. Gamers who feel nostalgic about the ultra-fast, action-packed shooters that were so prevalent in mid to late '90s, this is definitely for you.

I have had a fun time since purchased this game lots of death and alien mayhem lots to do and secrets to find on every mission I have done so far (only2) I have had lots of fun and fustration too.But that adds to the doom experience.I highly recommend this game.

I mean the multiplayer is a bit dull but I did not get it for that, also the key chain was cool

A must have, great visuals and sound effects, perfect soundtrack as well!

The game meets all expectations, 10/10 would play again.

I am utterly loving this game! I played the original Doom and Doom II on PC and I love how well they've kept the feel and flavour of the originals while making maximum use of the power of current hardware. It looks and sound amazing, and it's been utterly kicking my arse in the most fun way possible. Still gotta find that BFG9000 yet…

Excellent addition to this all time classic game, controls are on point and new gen graphics really immerses you in the horror
