Description

DOING THE BUSINESS provides practical toolkits that really do help entrepreneurs in existing businesses to grow, revitalise and reinvent their enterprises. The book is based on the tacit wisdom of entrepreneurs from around the globe, particularly the UK, Australia and the USA. A book by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, DOING THE BUSINESS is a workbook that businesspeople can dip into and use with their teams - giving them confidence to lead their businesses. The 25-30 toolkits procide a systematic process, whilst there are 2-3 case examples for each one. These supporting stories inspire people to use the toolkits themselves. David has taken his programme around the world - this book will be a first in supporting entrepreneurs in a very practical, proven manner.
