Singer/songwriter/musician and now author, Alden Sells has been performing live venues as a bass player in the Northeast, Florida, and more specifically the Hudson Valley, NY area for over 40 years. In that time he played in many bands, covering many styles of music. In 2016 he decided to focus on songwriting and recording, and in 2019 his first solo album was released titled Musicians Obituary. From that album the song "Do All Dogs Go To Heaven," tells the touching story of how dogs affect us throughout our lives. Now, his beautiful lyrics come to life in this wonderfully illustrated (Rachel Kleinman) and colorful book. Do All Dogs Go To Heaven When They Die? is a children's book for adults, but can be enjoyed together by the entire family- and will surely leave and impression with all dog lovers. Alden presently resides in New Paltz, NY with his wife of 30 years, Robin-they have 3 grown children, 3 dogs, and a parrot. Rachel Kleinman is a music teacher in Sullivan County, NY and recently published her first book, Tesla the Sheltie in Doggie Dreams last year. Illustrating Do All Dogs Go To Heaven When They Die? has been a wonderful experience, and she is looking forward to many more collaborations in the future!
