However, much more can be gained when it is studied by several people, who then discuss what they've learned together! Small group Bible study discussions can powerfully transform lives. The goal of this Leaders' Guide is to equip you to facilitate motivating, lively and enjoyable discussions that will result in changed lives. This book covers all the contents of the original Bible study, plus the author's philosophy on group discussions. It includes practical "how-to's" and tips, as well as suggestions on creating engaging starter questions for lively discussions. At the end there are well-tested group discussion leader questions and ideas for each of the six studies.

Author Biography:

Three weeks after trusting Jesus as her Savior, Victoria Munro wrote and led her first Bible study. She knew next to nothing about the Bible, but visited the only Bible book store in the city, left with an armload of commentaries and other resources, and went to work. This was definitely a new and mind-stretching challenge, but she had a passion to motivate and inspire others to discover the life-changing treasures God had waiting for them in His Word. She has been writing and leading Bible studies ever since. Victoria was on the staff of The Navigators, an international, interdenominational Christian organization, for over 12 years in England, the Middle East and the United States. During that time, she grew in her love for and knowledge of the scriptures and of disciple-making. Along with her husband, she also taught small group facilitation skills, which she has shared in seminars and many situations since. Returning to the U.S. as a widow with two small children, she wrote free-lance articles for Christian publications and was responsible for editing and publishing a weekly newsletter for a large church in Colorado. As a businesswoman, missionary, teacher and inspired teacher, Victoria's passion is to bless women through her Bible studies. She has written and led Bible studies for many years. Recently, she designed a new series of book and topical Bible studies. These are in-depth, application-oriented studies with additional background commentary. Along with these, she has prepared group facilitator manuals for each that includes small group leaders' questions as well as creative, practical suggestions for each study. Reflecting on these studies, she says, "There is little in life more rewarding than to see someone blossom into the person God designed and destined them to be as they study, allowing the Holy Spirit to transform them through His amazing Word. This is truly my passion!"
