This is pretty good paste in my opinion as a non-conductive paste. If you are only going to apply it on the cpu you might aswell buy some artic silver 5, which is alot better and about the same price. I brought this paste to use on my motherboard as the north/southbridge heatsink had dried up and I am running a nForce motherboard.
When I first got my board the thermal paste on the northbridge/southbridge was shotty and air coming off the heatsink was hotter than my cpu (which was running at 70C D: ) so I brought this to desperatly try cool it down while using non-conductive. My temperatures stay at about 51C on my board now and i have a overclock of 3.2ghz (stock was 2.4 running at 70C +)
Conclusion: If you are only applying to cpu, buy something like arctic silver. if you are applying to anything else (northbridge, some gpu's) i I would definitely recommend.
High performance thermal paste with good thermal conductivity
Excellent thermal conductivity.
Electrically non-conductive.
