Description

Frank Harring hates lawyers so much that he dreams about planting as many as possible in his fields, then decapitating them with his farm machinery. Frank also hates the institution of marriage, telling his friend Stan, "nothing is more stupid than entering a marriage contract which is a contract enforceable by law which will result in divorce more than 50 % of the time resulting in financial disaster to the man. Frank hatches his "great plan", which will get him the largest number of beautiful women at the lowest possible cost and implements his great plan in the Saint Louis Metro East strip clubs. His plan works sensationally as he has sex with one beautiful stripper after another until he meets top stripper Lori Mellon. The plan unravels just as he predicted it would when the customer dancer relationship turns out to be more than either bargained for.

Author Biography:

When Jack Corbett's finished writing the first edition of "Death on the Wild Side he was describing the wild anything goes strip clubs in the St. Louis Metro East during the early 1990's where he spent a lot of time in the topless clubs preparing his material. Shortly after its publication he created his alphapro.com web site and took the plunge into digital photography while it was in its infancy. He then started writing for adult magazines while branching out into professional photography to augment his articles. He is perhaps best known for his Xtreme Weapons articles for Xtreme Magazine, his coverage of major adult entertainment events, and his interviews of famous feature entertainers. By the time he bought his beach front condo in Thailand, he had written over 100 articles for four adult magazines while shooting over 100,000 pictures of adult entertainers and key adult industry events. His experiences on his condo committee while dealing with a Second World culture provided the inspiration for "Welcome to the Fun House", his second novel. It was while he was still working on "Welcome to the Fun House," that he decided to produce the second edition of "Death on the Wild Side". He had shot the pictures in the old edition with film. And had a printing company do the book's graphics design. But after designing his own covers for "Welcome the Fun House, the author was convinced he could take "Death on the Wild Side to an entirely new dimension by creating the book's new covers himself. After all, feature entertainers had paid him to not only to take their pictures, several of them had also had him create their promo with his laptop computer. But there was more than just confidence in his photography skills and the strides he had made with Photoshop. The author wanted do something about the tawdry image he had painted of strip clubs and dancers in the book's first edition. Since its publication he had met so many outstanding industry professionals in the adult entertainment field ranging from his fellow photographers, to an excellent group of club owner friends he had made to the talented feature entertainers and house dancers he met and often traveled with, it was time to cast a new light on the much maligned adult entertainment industry. The author hopes to do that in a third book. For now, the book's new covers and photos inside (even though they are in b&w), will hopefully create a better public perception of this incredible industry.
