Excellent, for once you see the Wild West as it really was – minus the glamour. Can't wait until the 4th series is released.

One of the best Western series I have seen. The actors were well placed in their roles especially Ian McShane.

This is not for the faint hearted. Story line is excellent!
Have the set – Will be watching the whole series again from start to finish. Great twist on a western type series.
If westerns are your favourite genre, then Deadwood is the series that takes it all to a whole new level. With emotive & raw dialogue combined with brutal & physical character presence, you would be hard pressed to find anything that comes this close to replicating America in its early western roots.
