This game is a must if you have been losing interest in the more recent ‘serious’ games, and reignites the funny in video games again while still keeping the story on track and easy enough to follow. The constant remarks and humor keep it funny and succeed to make fun of modern zombie games ‘too serious’ demeanor. Honestly a great game, worth every dollar.

Dead Rising is a fantastic series by Capcom and has more of a lighthearted, fun aspect to it over their Resident Evil franchise. Frank West has always been the staple point character, even if he didn't show up in the previous games, and it's good to see him back! The weapon combos are crazier, the zombie horde is hordier, and the missions are just as (even more so) insane than the previous installments. With its Christmas theme it felt perfect for the time and as a Christmas present. Anyone who loves zombie games and open world roaming, definitely buy this game. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but there are 4 entries so far, Capcom MUST be doing something right ;)

I am a massive fan of the Dead Rising series, and welcome the changes the development team have made in gameplay. However, this game is suffers some super annoying problems that ruin the experience. Missing Audio & Subtitles (During Cutscenes) wreck the storyline in parts as you don't know whats going on, Frank sometimes seems to run into invisible barriers and impede your progress, Safehouses reverting to level 0 during gameplay causing you to have to start again to name a few. Great game, but hindered by these issues.

This game, killed the franchise that I used to love. Shame really.

Enjoyed every minute of this game. Lots of fun. Online co-op is awesome, heaps of cool weapon combos.
