Creative T40 Series II Speakers reviews

Got these for my Dad expecting them to be good but not as good as they are. The T40's have a nice clear, balanced and detailed sound compared to a lot of computer speakers. They are not as powerful as a set up with a sub, they are by no means feeble but what they lack in power, they make up with clarity and quality.

They are a 2.0 system so they lack the bottom end punch of a sub-woofer but you also don't have to deal with the frequency balance and hot spot issues a sub creates, with that said, they still have a decent low-end, just don't expect anything room shaking.

These the best consumer 2.0 PC speakers I have heard. I would happily recommend T40s to anyone and I am used to using studio monitors; while they wouldn't be suitable for monitoring purposes I would gladly use them to watch movies and listen to music.

There is a delay with these that is very ignoring, after clicking a video the sound doesn't come in until after 6 seconds using for study, you have to restart every video to hear it from the beginning. The settings knobs really suck every time I change volume/bass/treble I think how did these knobs making it through testing stages. (slippery, small, to close together, strong resistance in turning. I hate these knobs!) The sound is great for gaming and entertaining at home with music. Very clear sound, bass/treble settings work a treat. Having these speakers either side of my curved monitor gives a really cool sound effect. Volume goes really loud and remains very clear. There is a very noticeable lack of bass compared to the 3 piece creative speakers these new ones replaced but still very happy with the sound they output. If your after table shaking bass these are not your speakers. I love how they look adding to my gaming setup they are tall and solid. Very impressive for 2.0 but that is all they are.

Spent hours researching reviews on speakers before finally ordering Creative T40 Series 11 speakers and glad I did. Amazing sound and plenty of bass.

These speakers were bought on a whim as they seemed pretty legit judging by the reviews. Well, they're amazing! Crisp, clear sound. Incredible bottom end for their size. They crank too. Capable of really good volume. I'm very very impressed. For the price they're a bargain! Plus, they're pretty looking 🥰

Bought these to replace z200 speakers ..at first was thinking of getting the T20 but decided on these and as for sound it greatly improved it.

We are upgrading the home p.c. And wanted to upgrade the speakers too. Did some research on speakers at an affordable price without going too cheap or expensive. These were rated quite high by other customers and websites, they weren't lying amazing sound quality for the price & rival some if the high end expensive brands. Great bass, good treble & are quite loud too. I always test any speakers I buy with trance music as that's my genre and was impressed as soon as I plugged these in. Very happy.

These speakers provide a great sound with plenty of bass. Definitely a worthwhile addition to my PC. highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier

Far more than a PC speaker. The sound is fantastic. Clarity is superb with acoustics and has ample Bass as well. Really can't fault these at all. On top of this they really look sensational especially with the covers off. Prior to this I was using Logitech Z10 2.0 and the creative Gigaworks T40ii certainly sounds better. The controls are also very good with nice touch adding the blue light. Right now the sound is comfortably filling lounge and outdoor area on about 60% volume.

I'm a big fan of 2.0 systems.. Old school sound lol Love these speakers. Larger than I expected but that's a good thing. Deep and crisp with a big sound despite their size.. Would recommend :)

I love using this 2.0 system – the sound is sufficiently deep yet clear and crisp. The speakers don't take up a lot of desktop room. Simple yet stylish design. This is my second set for the other computer – my first set is several years old and is still running great. Good value for money.
