Just like Crash & Spyro Trilogy, CTR or Crash Team Racing “Nitro-Fueled” for its refreshed title is back for a refreshed, modern remake from the ground up, while retaining its original appearance from the 1999 version. Remastered version being done by Beenox, originally developed by NaughtyDog for the PS-One console.

I bought the game back in its initial release. It was fun, my friend and I had a great time. But, then there was the storefront, which reeked of micro-transaction foreshadowing and again, what did Activision do. What Activision usually does. Unnecessarily monetise a game. Don't buy this game. Until Activision removes their little petty money-spinning scheme. Thanks for nothing.

Enjoyed the hit of nostalgia racing the tracks from the original. However the remodel of the AI is disappointing with easy mode being far too easy and medium far too difficult leaving none of the challenge and fun of the original game. As the game progresses crashing/glitching become more and more frequent causing the whole game to reboot back to menu for 4 out of 5 loading screens. Ultimately this ruins what could have been a fun trip down memory lane.

Great game to play as a single player but even better playing multi-player

Want a game all the family can enjoy- Then this is for you! The gameplay is simple to pick up and play, but with lots of tricks to discover to get one up on your fellow racers. You can't imagine the rage you can induce with a last second missile to take out the leader and scoot past to finish 1st! My 7 year old can attest to it for sure.....

The game plays as well as it looks… and it looks amazing! An easy game to pick up and play, but also takes time to master and truly get the most out of your racer. Great for the entire family or flat and is awesome competitive fun. The story mode is packed with plenty of things to do and unlocking characters, skins, karts and other customization items make it all the more worthwhile. Have to say I've had a blast playing it and look forward to diving back into this stylish, fun and crazy throwback of a videogame! Truly a gem :)

Reliving old memories of the PlayStation and now with online races

I’m reliving my childhood with this game and it’s amazing! I’m so happy with this game. 10/10

Good excuse to get everyone together and compete in battle or race.

As a Mario Kart player I was excited to finally play a quality Kart racer on the PS4, and Crash team Racing delivered, the driving mechanics are VERY different to Mario Kart, but once you get the hang of it you can see how the learning curve can take you from feeling a bit useless and slow at the start, to a bad ass as you slowly perfect the drifting mechanics. Visually this game is great, and the variety of Tracks is amazing, the only downside is the ‘Pit Stop’ which feels like a bit of a grind to unlock new Characters and Karts that are only available by gaining coins from winning races, but over all its a great time, and even better with couch co-op.

Mighty ape is always awesome with their service. Pre ordering is such a breeze. As for the game, I am loving every moment of this game! Brings back good memories!
