Paul Smith is a Senior Lecturer and Course leader for the BSc in Criminology and Forensic Studies at the University of Portsmouth, UK. Terry Lowe is Head of  the Scientific Services Department in the Hampshire Constabulary, UK. Carolyn Lovell is Head of Crime Scene Investigation in the Hampshire Constabulary, UK.
