Author Biography:

Elizabeth Diem taught community health nursing beginning in 1995 at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay and from 1997-2011 at the University of Ottawa. She is currently a community health nursing education consultant and continues to be involved in the development and promotion of the Canadian Community Health Nursing Standards. Alwyn Moyer has been active in community health program development and evaluation for over thirty years as a researcher, clinician, consultant, and educator. She currently works as a health consultant.
