The best thing about the game is the ragdoll physics – the dead bodies behave like… ragdolls I guess. You can throw them around, shoot limbs off them and otherwise disrespect the dead. Other good things; the environments are fairly detailed, and pretty large. There is a wide choice of weapons to be found. The enemy uses AI so they’ll remember you’re there and attack if you don’t take care of them. Some not so good things; (I played on normal difficulty so this might change if you played on hard) there’s a darn annoying pointer that constantly points to your mission target. So there is no figuring out involved – just watch the pointer. You need explosives to get to your target? A second pointer will appear pointing to the nearest explosives. This annoyed me – I couldn’t be bothered playing again to see if it disappeared in hard mode. Another downer – the space needed to save your game is HUGE – about 7 times larger than most other games. A memory card with one other game saved on it did not have enough room to allow me to save even a starting position on this one. Sucky. Aside from that it’s a fun game as you fight your way through various environments (prison, middle-eastern city, military base etc) to find and defeat the master criminal’s plan. There’s a cut scene subplot about your army mate betraying you that got boring quickly and I skipped through. Play on Hard because Normal is just too easy – if you’ve got the time to spare you can easily finish in one sitting. Oh – almost forgot, you get unlimited health! Why would you give your player unlimited health? A good game but just not challenging enough!
