Found with just water, the taste wasnt so great with the vanilla and chocolate flavours. Had to blend it in with a smoothy to make it more palatable
Nice chocolate flavor – I find it has a strange powdery texture but it's ok once I get used to it and I know it's good stuff so I like this brand
