Senator Hitchcock, my colleague, I suppose will be here, although he has another meeting, before the Committee on Foreign Relations, which is set for 11 o'clock. How ever, if it is agreeable to you we will proceed and take your arguments and statements and have them printed, and then we will get the subcommittee together as soon as possible to consider the arguments and what you have presented, and report to the full committee at the earliest possible day. Mr. Torrance, if you will take charge of the presentation of the matter and proceed with such argument as you may desire to make, or have vour associates make, the committee will be very glad to hear you.
