Great use of paint.

Never had an issue with citadel paints for hand brushing.

Great for painting ultramarines. As always a very good quality paint.

This is the ideal base colour for Ultramarines, hence the name. Being a base paint you use it to colour the majority of the model then add lighter layer paints (like Calgar Blue) on top to add highligts then a darker shade (like nuln oil) for the recesses to give the model depth.
