Description

Winter comes as a very big surprise for Charlie! Charlie the crow loves his home. But things don't stay perfect for long when the leaves drop off his tree and the water in his stream turns to glass. Author Biography

Paula Metcalf is a talented author and illustrator who was Highly Commended in the Macmillan Prize for Illustration 2003. Since then Paula has written and illustrated many picture books for Macmillan, including Poddy and Flora. Paula was previously Illustrator-in-Residence at the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre in Buckinghamshire, and she now runs popular workshops in schools. Cally Johnson-Isaacs has loved to draw ever since she first picked up a crayon. After graduating in Illustration from Newcastle Art College, Cally spent a few years illustrating greeting cards before becoming a freelance illustrator. Charlie Crow in the Snow is Cally's debut picture book for Macmillan Children's Books.
