D. 1914, Vol. 26 Five thousand Copies of these rules Shall be printed and published in convenient form, 'under the supervision of the clerk, who shall certify the same under the seal of the court. He shall mail a copy to each of the judges of the courts of record and a sufficient number to the clerk of the district court in each county to supply a copy to each practicing attorney in his county.
