AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY Every person in this world has a different story to share. Some of tragedy, some of renewal and hope. God intended that we as His people, encourage and exhort one another as we share our life experiences and how He helps us to overcome life's circumstances. Sometimes, wounds of life are so deep, that we can't share them with anyone but God. But He is the healer of our broken-ness and pain. Many times I have found healing in his Word. Jesus Christ is the Living Word. I was born in a small community called Back Swamp, near Richlands, N.C. My parents raised six children (four boys and two girls) in a small, framed house on a little farm. My parents and two oldest brothers are deceased and we miss them dearly. My oldest brother and nephew were killed in tragic boating accident July 4, 1969. Our lives were changed forever. I thank God for my remaining family and extended family. Family is so important! God instituted the family with Adam and Eve. We need more family altars, with moms and dads teaching their children in the ways of the Lord and prayer to Almighty God. We need godly leaders in our house, the church-house and the White House to lead our families and this nation back to the godly principles of the Bible that this nation was founded upon, that we be not consumed in the fire of God's wrath for apostasy! We need repentance on a personal and national level! My mother was a God-fearing woman, whose prayers and faith in God saw us through many tough times when we were growing up. Times were very hard! My daddy surrendered to the Lord in his later years. After He was converted He loved to read his Bible. He was so gentle, sweet and loving! Heaven is going to be a glad reunion day with Jesus, our Heavenly Father and loved ones gone on before!
