The set up is really easy and straight forward. The base uses your weight to weigh it down. The materials and the weight of the bar and bands are of great quality. The rubber handles feel good on the hands, giving a great grip. It also comes with different workout options and I can't wait to get fully into it!

Great product for someone either beginning or rehabilitating muscles. Lightweight, portable and easily stored, it is honestly a great product and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either starting to build muscle or rehabilitating injuries
