Automatic Water Dispenser & Food Container Set reviews

This set has clean lines, but is not automatic (in terms of dispensing a controlled portion) to your pet. It will refill the bowl to a certain level depending on how much food/water is in the reservoir. It does this well, however the word “automated” had made me think that it would allow portion control, which it does not.

This water / biscuit self feeder set is brilliant. Holds a fair few biscuits and good for our kitten when we are at work. Very happy.

I brought this and waited forever for it to be back in stock, when I got it it looks like cheap and nasty plastic and doesn’t look as sleek and nice as the photo.

They look very sleek however the water seems to get stuck and I have to keep lifting it to allow the water to escape, which defeats the purpose. The biscuit dispenser is the same, I have to keep dragging them out because the dispenser doesn't allow gravity to let them fall out! In the process of purchasing different ones and getting rid of these. Waste of money

The water one is fine, but the food feeder is supposed to rely on ‘gravity’ but fresh food never falls through, even when my cat completely empties the bowl. I have to shake the food out every day which completely defeats the purpose as I bought this for when I am a flight attendant and I don’t have to rely on anyone else feeding her. Waste of money, so disappointed! You might as well continue with filling up their bowl manually as this ‘automatic’ feeder doesn’t do what it says it does at all.

Fairly good size wise and nice design the water dispenser is Abit annoying to fill up luckily it's pretty big so you won't have to fill it often the food dispenser however isn't great food does tend to get stuck my cats has been having to reach in and scoop it out when I'm out

The automatic feeders are not automatic – you have to shake them to get the biscuits to feed through. They also have a lot of sharp edges on which you have to be careful of when cleaning.

I was looking for a matching set of food and water dispensers and this was perfect. I've just set it up so cannot comment about how well the food actually dispenses as the cats eat it, but it looks as if it'll work.
