If you want to paint an iris and pupil on a 28mm scale tabletop character miniature, this is the brush you use to do it.
It does what it says on the tin. It's a brush that lets you paint your armies in insane detail.
As the name suggests, it allows you to get very fine detail. Unfortunately for me, after my first careful use, a small number of the brush hairs started to flair away from the tip. When doing detailed work in close quarters, a single hair our of place has the potential to leave a frustrating mark. My next step will be to apply some brush restorer and see if this fixes the issue. Still good overall, just be very careful with how you treat the brush.
Army Painter BR7004 Insane Detail Brush – As the name suggests this is an extremely fine and small brush for the ultra small highlights, facial tattoos or just insane details like colouring the iris of an eye of a 28mm. miniature! Made from the purest Rothmarder sable hair, this is the most popular brush in The Army Painter range!
