I ordered this brush with some minatures and it was damaged in transit, all
I had to do was send a photo of the damaged item and they send another free of
charge.
The brush itself was excellent quality and I painted an entire 50+ man German
army like a brute and the brush hasn't frayed and looks no worse for wear.

Ordered two identical brushes. One came with an end cap and arrived in perfect condition. One didn't have a cap and got a bit bashed around.
