This item arrived without instructions for releasing the clamps so that it would work. There are also no instructions for changing the slice sizes as advertised. It is not intuitive. I have asked Mighty Ape whether there should have been instructions, and also how to change the slice sizes. So far I have not had a satisfactory reply (or indeed any reply to my latest email sent some days ago and a reminder sent yesterday), even though I provided photographs as requested. I shall not buy an appliance online again after this experience.
