I order these pads a lot and the pads you sent me on 20th October I am just using and I know it’s the same order number but the quality of the pads are not good they are a lot thinner and do not absorb the urine as well as the other ones.

We have a dog & rabbit that both use these pads. So absorbent. Never leaked through to the carpet where I put them.

Not that thick and not that absorbent
Ok but not as absorbent as some I’ve used.
These are a large and the size is great but the absorbance is not quite what you would expect, it's somewhat thin compared to other brands on the market.
They are great but I have just noticed you sent me one pack of medium and one pack of xl pads I stead of two packs of large I am not very impressed as I have waited a long time for the large ones to come in stock
