"Super dissapointed"
1 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

This was a very big disapointment. I bought this because we all always want the corner pieces thinking now all the pieces will be like corner pieces. But nope. They are not. It does make all equal square pieces but only the corners are like corners and the sides like sides. The middle ones had no extra crunch. Might as well have been a normal pan. The disapointment was great on this one.

"Definitely not non-stick"

The pan came out of the oven and it was a struggle to remove the grid without the whole lot crumbling and sticking to the sides. This is a recipe I have used over and over and the texture is normally fine. Just this thing obviously needs to be thoroughly oiled ahead of baking…

"Great product."

I do a lot of baking & this pan makes it much easier. Pieces are already cut into even size. Great non stick surface. Easy to clean!

"Practical and Useful"

Makes baking easy when the slices are already done. It's non stick the baking falls out and its washable with no scrubbing. Great for brownies, slices and non cook delights.

"Effective - after trial and error"

  1. Definitely needs baking paper (custom cut to fit perfectly in one direction, and have it fold over the sides in other direction). Use shall amount of butter on pan to stick baking paper to it
  2. Definitely needs the cutter to be buttered up before cooking. Be liberal.
  3. Cutter needs to be removed shortly after the tray comes out of the oven (once the brownies deflate). If you leave it it then it will tear them apart.

If you follow these three steps then this works perfectly. If you don't then you'll have a bad time (said from experience).

Next test will be to see if I can use the slicer to cut the brownies once they have cooled down.
