Eastman2 mentioned three cases as all he found reported in the literature up to 1907, and added three more. I have been unable to find any additional cases reported in this country to date. The following case the seventh reported in the United States, was seen by me in consultation with Dr. H. D. White, of Rome, New York, and through his courtesy I am permitted to report it.
