This is one of the better RTS. I consider this to be better than the first and second installments but not quite as good as Age of Mythology. The graphics are stunning, game play flawless it is such a joy to play. It is truely worth a five star rating.

I am thankful that school holidays began before this arrived or exams may have been a disaster. Awesome a giant leap forward from where AOE II finished
It is very sad to see ensemble studio being closed down after 10 years of service. What the heck is Microsoft thinking? Why would they close down the award winning creators of the Age of Empires series. Anyways back to the game, the gameplay is flawless like what was said above, there are a few or no bugs at all. The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is more realistic than the previous 2. Age of Empires has come a long way, the campaign is at start boring but gets very interesting.
