It is a cheap basic chair that will do the job. Instructions are very basic so some thinking is involved with all tools included.
Seems quite poorly manufactured, the plate doesn't screw in evenly on the seat and it's left with a gap between the seat and the plate on one side which makes the chair lean slightly towards the other side and it's also starting to make annoying clicking sounds. Additionally the arm rests and back are quite short so unless you're quite small there won't be much in the way of head or arm support.
Instructions included was easy to understand, took less then 10 mins to assemble, Comfy and great colour.
