Adventures of Tuxedo and Friends is the second book in a series about Tuxedo the Boston Terrier and his friends: Lulu the Chihuahua, Bellino the Maltese, Allie the Lhaso Apso, Bruno the English Mastiff, and Tux's baby brother Snickers. Tux tells us of Snickers' fear of thunder storms in a caring and comical story and how he overcomes this fright. Lulu loses an important possession and Tux calms her anxiety helping her remember where she last saw it. Bellino, Snickers, and Tux get lost in the woods after chasing another dog and find their way back home. Bruno discovers that he can't swim. Allie needs medical attention for itchy skin. Snickers and Tux take a vacation to Grandpa's house and discover snow for the first time. In the last chapter, two "creatures" arrive at the door of Tux and Snickers house. These new and different "creatures" disrupt the peace and quiet of the household. Charlie and Murphy have arrived and intend to stay. These "kitties" show true feline behaviors, but Tux and Snickers accept them as new brothers when they discover them to be homeless.
