Deborah also has extensive experience inside organizations and has held positions as chief diversity officer, university professor, founding director of a graduate degree program in diversity management, and a staff psychologist. As a nationally recognized diversity management expert, her gift of taking apart theories of human differences and stating them in practical terms provides readers with information and inspiration while enhancing their diversity competencies both professionally and personally.
