And then, secondly, that the rational importance of every part of this Epistle, the relation it bath to the conclusion which it is designed to infer, and the connection of one part with another, be weighed, and permitted to have its due influence on the interpretation, and then the bare sound of some few incidental passages will not be of force to misguide any.
