Description

"This is intriguingly different science fiction/fantasy/horror, wildly ranging, sometimes hard-hitting, not for maiden aunts." --Piers Anthony, New York Times bestselling author A botched alien abduction sends modern-day Trace Jackson to north Florida in the year 1818, where he meets a beautiful Seminole woman, and the two strike up a relationship. Unfortunately, Trace's distant ancestor, General Andrew Jackson, is hell-bent on driving out the Seminoles by whatever means necessary. Meanwhile, Josette Legard is transported from World War II-era France to fight an interstellar war. Her new "allies" have offered Josette her heart's desire--the chance to live during the Italian Renaissance--but Josette questions whether her trust in them is misplaced. Can they survive to fulfill their destinies in another dimension where time no longer has meaning, on a moon called Sun?

Author Biography

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, and earning a Theatre Arts degree from Florida School of the Arts, Christopher eventually braved the wilds of New York City to experience the world of acting. Finding it a cruel and inhospitable world, he retreated high in the Appalachian Mountains to rethink his life. Having grown weary of snow and black ice, his path took him back home to Florida where he earned Social Science and Ethnic Studies degrees at Florida Atlantic University. After almost a decade at Palm Beach State College as the Manager of Media Technology, he landed rewarding employment for the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission as a Marketing Specialist and Producer for the Palm Beach International Film Festival's Student Showcase of Films. He is a member of the South Florida Writer's Association as well as the Bloody Pens Writers Group. He has a musical son, Grant (22), a magical daughter, Emma (2), and resides in Jupiter with his sweetheart, Alicia. Jupiter, the town in Florida... not the planet.
