Author Biography

Deni Lyall has been practicing as an executive coach and management development trainer for over 20 years. She has in-depth knowledge of and a wealth of experience in managing and working with people. Deni has a pragmatic approach to coaching and development as enabling people to make a real difference is important to her. As a chartered engineer she spent the first half of her career working in a variety of operational line management roles.
