Two of these games were released very buggy. After much patching by the makers they were abandoned as lost causes. The modding community has since created a couple of awesome simulations, but in order to get them to a playable state, you are required to apply patches and mods, which requires basic knowledge of how the game itself works. So if you are not interested in doing either of those then don't bother.
