Lena Remi is a member of an outcasted family in her wolf clan. However, that doesn't stop her from stepping up to the challenge to become joined with two wolves from the most sought after family line in her clan. The wolf clan tradition is for one wolf to join with another wolf. Lena, Jake, and Randy decide to accept a challenge for two male wolves to join with a female wolf. The point of the challenge is for the baby to choose who will remain joined together. However, Jake and Randy have a plan of their own to keep Lena. The problem is that she doesn't even know what they have planned.
