I enjoyed this game but it is nearly identical in game-play to the previous game. This is good and bad depending on whether you liked Tomb Raider.
For the PC, the graphics are superb and all the environments are beautiful to look at. The snow and ice is marvellous.
Fortunately there are more tombs this time around and some are quite tricky but overall this is still more of an adventure / shooter than a puzzle game.
The previous game was also a lot scarier and bloodier. This time around Lara seems to have a much more leisurely romp in the tombs.
The supporting characters are more interesting this time around and her annoying friends from the last game do not make an appearance (except for Jonah).
The story is OK but didn't grip me very much. It's basically just an Indiana Jones style adventure, but it does have a lot of mystical mumbo jumbo.
The game seems like a decent length and will go for much longer if you're keen to find all the hidden relics and tombs.
All in all, it was fun and if you have a good PC, it's amazing to look at.
I hope the next game really does something more ground-breaking though.
