"Very comfortable and versatile."

I bought this mouse to replace my Corsair M65 as I found I could do with a bit of added funcionality due to the large range of games I play.

So far I have found this mouse amazing to use, every button other than left click is programmable, meaning you can set it up to match exactly how you want to play. I have found it is rather easy to hit the buttons on the outside of the mouse if you aren't careful, but a slight change of grip fixed this problem very easily.

I have read reports of tracking issues this mouse can have, so I recommend reading into these before dropping such a large amount of money on a mouse. Though I personally have experienced none.

As far as comfort goes, this is by far the most comfortable mouse I have ever laid hands on. While you are only able to adjust the length and the angle of the palm rest, this is by far enough. It is comfortable in both palm grip and claw grip, although depending on the person, you may find a part of the mouse sticking into your hand slightly (Can be a major drawback depending on how your grip.)

While this mouse does have drawbacks which are far better documented on review sites than I can put here, I, personally, give it 5 stars and would recommend it to everybody. This is the first Razer product I have ever owned and by the looks of things, it won't be my last!

I bought this mouse around half a year ago and I have had no problems with it. It is extremely comfortable and also very fast and responsive. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a gaming mouse and have a high budget.

"Very Good, but could of been better."

Pros: nice feel to it, comfortable for my big hands, very good for ambidextrous people, the change of Dpi on the fly in-game is excellent for various reasons (change of weapons in Mechwarrior Online for example). The choice of having it wired/wireless is easy and nice to do.

Cons: High price (unless on special), for the amount of money this mouse is it should be not made of plastic. The Razor software does not activate immediately all the time or during a MOBO configuration, making it super sensitive (8000 dpi).

Conclusion: Unlike few people that really don't like it, I really enjoy using it, but I would recommend to buy it on sale ($170-$200) and not full retail price.

""Premium mouse-" You must be joking!"

Bought this mouse with the intention to use it on the couch when gaming in front of the TV.

Placed the receiver by my TV stand (which was about 2–3 meters away) and the mouse skipped every 5 min or so of use. Plugged it in via USB and it was all good. Tried moving the receiver closer (about 30cm) and it works like a charm.

Emailed Razer and Mighty Ape about the issue. Razer's response was that they do not recommend any of their wireless mouse products to be operated beyond 1 meter of the receiver… I flipped tables.

Considering the length of the braided cable (which is actually really nice) is 2 meters long… Whats the point in going wireless at all then- Why is my $40 keyboard and mouse combo able to work the full length of my living room (about 6–7 meters) without any issues, but a $200+ mouse struggles to even match it- Crazy!!

In Razers favour, the ergonomics are quite good. Initially, a its a bit awkward to use but you get use to it.. It then just comes down to fine tuning. I used both wings at the start but then found swapping pinky finger for a rubber grip makes it easier to lift. Otherwise the mouse just slips out of your grip.

The edges around the body are quite sharp and can irritate your hand depending on where it rubs against the body. The body itself is made of plastic and feels cheap. The two primary mouse buttons are nice but the rest of them just feel like standard mouse buttons which are quite hard to press down and to be fair… Is more plastic.

None of this is useful though if it doesn't even work properly! Hopefully Mighty Ape will come to my rescue but this is honestly the worst purchase I have made for my PC. I will never buy a Razer product again.

"Cured my wrist pain"

Working with computers, and then gaming, the strain can become quite unbearable. After purchasing this mouse however, and taking the time to adjust the body and grips, I have never held a more comfortable mouse. Yes, this mouse does look sharp, and uncomfortable, but that's only if you don't adjust it to suit your grip; it's smooth, and easy to hold/use. I've seen others mention tracking issues, all of which can be fixed by adjusting polling rate, and lift off range. I actually broke my first Ouroboros after years of use (my fault, not the mouse's), and bought another one, it's that good. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone especially gamers or those that use computers for long periods of time
