Even the moment after unboxing, this keyboard has continued to amaze me. The ‘silent keys’ are still mechanical, but don't give the typical loud click, but more of a subtle thud. I won't be waking anyone up at 5am when I'm playing WoW or LoL now! :D

This keyboard is simply amazing, my first mechanical keyboard and it makes a huge difference. The keys aren't too noisey and the on the fly macro is great.
I was wanting a mechanical keyboard for at home, but the Blue switches were far too clacky when I tried them out. Was originally angling for one with Browns but the Razer specific versions sounded like they'd be even better. They're not as quiet as I would have liked – however instead of a sharp ‘click’ the sound is a lower pitched and much more tolerable noise, so still serves its purpose. About the only other thing I would say is that I would prefer the macro keys above the F keys, not to the left of the main area. USB 3.0 passthrough instead of just USB 2.0 would also have been nice. Overall, a good buy – but I'm glad I bought it on a very good special.
