We needed something to improve on our pizza dough and this is it.
Pastry has to be a certain thickness to gain perfect results. However, having said that everyone makes their pastry different and it simply could be me. Otherwise very easy to use and uniform results.
Use the dough docker roller to uniformly prick holes in pizza bases to aerate the crust. If the dough is not docked prior to baking, steam may build up under the dough causing it to rise and bubble, preventing the dough from baking evenly.
The pizza dough docker roller creates even ventilation and is easier and faster to use than a fork making it suitable for small as well as large pizza bases.
Also suitable for shortcrust pastries and pie crusts.
