As Season Four returns, Nina is twelve weeks pregnant to partner, anaesthetist Patrick Reid (Matthew Le Nevez). Having recovered from the initial shock of their surprise pregnancy, Nina embarks on a mission to order all areas of her life before the baby arrives.
