- Dosage range: Use 5g, 4–6 times per day for 5–7 days to ‘load’. Follow with 5g, 1–2 times per day for 4–6 weeks. Follow with 2–4 weeks ‘rest’ with no Creatine. Return to loading phase and start the cycle again after rest phase.
