The crew of HME Submarine Trojan locate an electrically operated mine which they cannot avoid. There is a tremendous explosion and the ship plunges to the sea bed. Emergency signals are sent and the Captain assembles the survivors to create an escape plan. Those left must battle with fear and illness whilst the rescue team attempts to raise the vessel. To make matters worse, there is a storm brewing.
